What services to you provide?
We decorate garments/items using embroidery, rhinestones, silk screen, direct-to-garment, vinyl, and appliqué.
Do I have to order a minimum order?Not at all! We will customize one or several items. We will work with you to help determine which embellishment technique is best for your quantity. There are some processes that may not be cost effective for small quantities and others that make large quantities very reasonable. We have several embellishment processes available so let us help you find the one that suits your needs.
Do you give volume discounts?Yes, please contact us with your needs and we will help select a garment/item and embellishment that meets your needs.
What is your turn around time?Our turnaround time is usually two weeks or less once the design and garment/item is finalized. As we are finalizing the order, we’ll let you know the target delivery date.
Is rush service available? Is there an additional cost?Depending on the order, we may be able to improve the delivery interval. There may be additional costs depending on any additional expenses we incur (ie: express shipping, additional labor, etc.).
Do you provide samples?Yes. It is our preference that our customers see garments/items before making a final decision.
How do you determine sizes?This is a tough question. As we look in our own closets, there are several sizes! We can make recommendations based on our knowledge of a brand however it is best to try on garments if you are not sure. We are happy to work with customers to ensure there are no surprises when a garment is delivered. We carry a wide variety of brands and invariably, each one is sized a little different. If you, for example, are sometimes a medium and sometimes a large, order the larger size. We also sell women’s garments in both misses and juniors sizes. These garments will fit very differently. If you have questions, we are happy to assist.
Do you embroider performance fabrics?We do embroider performance fabrics. It is important to note that not every design is suitable for performance fabrics. Performance fabrics naturally have a lot of stretch and are typically light-weight making them unsuitable for large or dense designs. To avoid the “potato chip” look after laundering, we highly recommend selecting a design that is suitable for this type of fabric.
How do I care for my garments?We always recommend following manufacturer care instructions with a few additional recommendations. Garments should be turned wrong side out when laundered to reduce tugging on the embellishment. Cool water is your garment’s friend. We also recommend line dry or if it can be dried in the drier, the temperature should be cool – never high. Let’s face it, regardless of an embellishment, most garments don’t perform well when cooked in hot water and then baked in a hot drier.
If I live in Central Missouri, can I come and see your products?Absolutely! Please visit our retail location at 134 Broadway in New Franklin, Missouri. New Franklin is just across the river from Boonville.
Do you guarantee your products?Yes, we guarantee our products. We provide care instructions to help you maintain your garment to ensure it keeps looking great. We ask that if you find any flaws in a garment/item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
